John and Felicity purchased an attached terrace house with an approved Development Application.
They approached Jennifer to help them make some slight design changes to suit their needs and assist in delivering the project through construction.
The project involved demolition of the existing kitchen, bathroom and laundry and construction of a new kitchen and living area on the ground floor with a renovated bathroom on the first floor and new ensuite bathroom on the top floor.
The rear yard has been completely transformed with new concrete seating, a new deck area and outdoor barbecue.

These clients bought their 2 bedroom bungalow before moving overseas for work.
Upon return to Australia, now with two young daughters, their little house no longer suited their growing family. They approached Jennifer to develop a design that would transform their small house into a family home.
The project involved demolition of the existing kitchen at the rear and construction of a two storey addition containing a new kitchen, living and dining area on the ground floor with a new master suite with ensuite and family bathroom on the first floor. Clever use of a widened hallway to the main bedroom provides a home working space and accompanying daybed with storage.
